Hopefully by looking at SOLDS you will see the type of architecture and prices for recently purchased homes in that neighborhood, all of which makes you a more informed consumer.

After looking at the "SOLDS" by neighborhoods, if you see something you like, write down the subdivision name and go to the Find Your Home button, click that and you'll be able to select that neighborhood from the drop down box on the right hand side of the page and see every home that's currently for sale in that neighborhood complete with all the information, photo's/virtual tours and video that was submitted to the local Mutliple Listing Service.
